By accessing our website & submitting a “New Client Deposit”, you are agreeing to our salon policies. 

Salon services are non-refundable, if you happen to need a color adjustment after your color service(s),   Please  contact us within 3 days to schedule  a time to come back in.

We accept exchanges on salon retail products with 3 days of initial purchase.
